Ewelina Kosmala is the new owner and director of VORTA Personalvermittlung. With over 15 years of experience in the trade industry, primarily in managerial positions and human resource management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Her main tasks include acquiring new clients, maintaining smooth business relationships, and negotiating contracts and finances.
As a business owner and regional manager collaborating with large corporations, Ewelina has opened numerous new business locations, recruited new employees, and trained them for specific positions. After moving to Germany, she expanded her skills and founded an employment agency specializing in assisting Polish workers in the German market. She supports her clients from start to finish, ensuring they safely arrive at their workplace and handle all necessary formalities.
At VORTA Personalvermittlung, clients sign their employment contracts directly with the German employer, without the involvement of an employment agency. Ewelina assists in obtaining all necessary documents for legal employment abroad. She continues the successful collaboration with transport companies, providing personnel for companies such as DPD, GLS, HERMES, and AMAZON, from drivers with category B to C+E licenses. Additionally, she offers a variety of job opportunities in the construction industry and beyond.
